Course Tools
- GitHub — CHIPS starter code and your submissions live in the course GitHub organization. Accept your invitation early; you cannot start the CHIPS without it.
- Gradescope — module self-checks and CHIPS autograding.
- Ed — announcements and Q&A (link in the site header).
- Extension request form for CHIPS (see the extension policy).

Course staff (instructor & GSIs) — via Ed or office hours:
- General, non-personal questions about course policies and procedures
- Questions about the course content (reading, lectures, and quizzes)
- Questions clarifying assignments, or about grades (contact your GSI)
- Personal questions about course policies: contact the instructor
Tech support:
- For bCourses/Canvas issues, use the Help button in bCourses’ left navigation.
- For Gradescope issues, use the Help menu inside Gradescope or email help@gradescope.com.
- Extensions and late submissions will not be accepted due to “technical difficulties” — if you hit technical problems, contact tech support immediately and document your interactions.
